Point-And-Click/Drop-And-Drag User Interface

Upload your data via CSV file or Clever to our build engine. Skyward® users can upload via one-click custom API integration. Your data will be turned into a schedule and be returned with an average 95% accuracy on the first build.

1. Open your completed schedule in our “Course Manager.” You can easily adjust your courses, teachers, sections, and class sizes here.

2. Next, go to the “Board” to check teacher schedules to ensure all your rules are followed, lock/ unlock teaching periods, or block/unblock course enrollment.

3. Run your adjusted schedule through our build engine with one click when you're done. Your adjustments will be incorporated, and your entire schedule will be re-run through our engine to complete your fully optimized and 100% balanced master class schedule.

4. Last, in the "Schedules" view, click on any red highlighted student conflict to open our "Perfect Placement" conflict resolution matrix. Every alternative course that will fit the student’s schedule is displayed. Just click on the alternative course you want, and the conflict will be resolved. A large high school can resolve conflicts in just a few hours.

Write back your completed and optimized master class schedule to your SIS via one-click API for Skyward users or custom csv and you’re done.
