Integrating your SIS with USA Scheduler

USA Scheduler can easily accommodate the import and write back of data files from most student information systems, including the most popular. It’s as easy as 1-2-3.

1. Copy and paste a CSV file of your teacher/student/course data files into our import window. Or, we can import using Clever, One Roster, or your own SIS API. Your data will be uploaded and processed through our schedule build engine, which will return a completed schedule with 95%+ accuracy.

2. Make any adjustments to your schedule with our easy-to-use drag-and-drop dashboard. Quickly resolve any conflicts using our exclusive "Perfect Placement" conflict resolution engine.

3. Write back your completed schedule by simply choosing your SIS from a drop-down menu. A CSV file formatted for your SIS will be created. Import this to your SIS, and you are done. Your optimized schedule is completed, and you retain your SIS as your database backbone.
